Sorry for the intrusion ... I'm trying to get the word out to anywhere there may be interest in what happened to the "Bondage in Everyday Life" Yahoo group and how we're recovering from it.

We started as a Yahoo club in November 2000, converted to a Group this spring, and as of a couple of weeks ago had more than 4,500 members. We had accumulated hundreds of real-life, nonsexual, noncommercial bondage photos and posted nearly a thousand messages about how we'd found them and about "everyday bondage" in general.

Then Yahoo deleted the Group. Poof. No warning before it happened, not one word of explanation afterward. All the messages are gone, all the pictures that were online only at Yahoo are gone and the Group's thousands of members are scattered to the wind with no way to reach them. They're the people I'm trying to reach with this message.

We haven't given up our interest in Bondage in Everyday Life, but we've sure as hell given up on Yahoo. Thanks to the generosity of Lance Tomas and the SweetTies family, the former "Bondage in Everyday Life" group is building a new home around its former "offsite archive" at :

There's a form for uploading contributions (no commercial bondage pictures, please, and no pictures of BDSM scene activity), and we're working on setting up a message forum. A few days ago I finished an end-to-end overhaul of the whole site -- along with the hundreds of
archived pictures, there's now a new "Salvaged from Yahoo" album of pictures returned by loyal former members and a "What's New" album of nearly 50 pictures we've found since we set up our new home.

        an odd story on American Justice
 

There was a case, just a few weeks ago in fact, involving a teacher who had sex with a juvenille student (I'm not sure of his age, I am certain he was not older than 14 at the time).  She was found guilty, but the judges sentencing of her has since led to controversy.  She was given probation, and beyond that the judge explained that in his eyes it was hardly a crime, the boy with whom the teacher had sex was just satisfying his own sexual
needs and it was completely consentual.  Now of course, many people are outraged by this, I myself am.

But then... it suddenly occurred to me that the 14 year old boy, had he comitted a murder, could quite possibly have been tried as an adult.  How is it that we can say that a 14 year old boy is capable of manifesting the criminal intent necessary of being tried as an adult, but cannot legally consent to having sex with an adult?

As I see it, this goes back the the old arguement from the Vietnam era arguemnt of "Old enough for dyin' but not for votin,'" when 18 year olds could be drafted (the average age of a soldier in Vietnam was 19) but could not vote until turning 21.

So how is it that the conservatives that are reacting with outrage at the judges sentencing of the woman can demand that we get tougher on juvenile offenders and try them as adults?  They are an adult in the eyes of the law when they comitt a murder, but not when they consent to having sexual relations?  I know not what the best solution to this is.  I only know it's a perfect example of hypocrisy in the US justice system.

It´s not so easy to work in the kitchen with handcuffs. But without the keys it´s the only way. Best wishes from  Vanessa

       Would it be possible for you to consider when making your next video,
having Holly (who I think is the most sexy girl on the internet) wearing light blue Levi's 501s and handcuffed, legs and arms to the four corners of a bed. Hallo

wenn man jemanden Handschellen ( besonders welche mit Gelenk) anatomisch "falsch" herum anlegt ( mit der Schlossseite am Handrücken)  muss das doch sehr unbequem für denjenigen sein, vor allem wenn man es hinter dem Rücken macht. Hat  das schon mal jemand getestet und wenn ja  wie lange kann man die Fesseln auf diese Art tragen bis es unerträglich wird.
Es müßte aber den Vorteil haben, das derjenige eigentlich keine Chance hat an die Schlüssellöcher zu kommen, schon gar nicht wenn diese nach oben stehen.

Das ist effektiv die sicherste Art : Handschellen mit Gelenk , Hände auf dem Rücken , Handflächen nach aussen , Schlüssellöcher nach oben.
Ob das sehr unbequem ist weiss ich nicht , ich hab schon mal gehört dass manche das bequemer finden (!)

Aber "Sicherungsmassnahmen" müssen ja nicht unbedingt unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Bequemlichkeit gesehen werden . Es ist ja auch eine Art der Bestrafung und seit jeher auch eine Art den (die ) Verhaftete (Gefesselte, Vorgefuehrte)  zu demütigen und als gefährliche Kriminelle dem gaffenden Publikum vorzuführen ( siehe Praxis in den USA : Susan
McDougal und andere)

You asked for new idea's  / what we like to see at your weekly pics.
Well, I can tell you I like to see (attractive, like the models you have) woman in reality-immobilizing heavy bondage/restraints.
I especially like the old-fashioned stocks - of all kinds and designs.
(Martin's cuffs are A nice example) and woman locked up in TIGHT - SMALL cages (like houseofgord uses), You can say I like all kinds of steel-restraints like handcuffs, heavy skackles, etc.etc.

Besides this real rigid - strict steel/wooden restraints, I also like the more serious medical retraints, like straightjackets, bodybags, bedrestraints, bondagenet (posey), hospital-cuffs-waitsbelts-collars etc.etc. of course used in a way/position that's almost unbearable for the woman/girl to handle.

And last but not least: ALL WOMAN/GIRLS should be restrained as tough as possible for at least 18 hours a day and being restrained all day long with some kind of restraint, they have to stretch their muscles every once in a while, but must have the continious feeling they are restrained at all time.
Talking is allowed, when asked to do so, otherwise........:gag them, everytime she doesn't listen is one point (negative of course) and will result in an even worse type of gag and/or bondage.!?!!, too many points mean: to the torture-basement, and make their stay in prison even more uncomfortable!-if possible?(stretching-rack, clamps all over, electro-shocks
etc.etc)

(girls = over 18 of course!! , don't get me wrong!!!!)

This is of course all fantasy, and PLAYING-IDEAS, I would never do things like discribed to a girl/woman who isn't into this also - like I am.

Anyhow, as you request a feedback, I am glad to tell you I enjoy very much what you have done up to now, and that - as concern my taste - you should "go further in the fantasy of "Devil's Island Penitentiary"".
As I said, a different taste for anyone, even in bondage. As for me - less rope and more chains or stocks.

ich finde die "Pix of the Week" und "By the people" gut, warte jede Woche darauf. Das Thema "Devil's Island Penitentiary" gefällt mir sehr gut. Mein Lieblings-Thema ist strenges Frauengefängnis. Ich liebe da schwere Ketten, Fesseln, Knebeln, Gitter, mittelalterliche Geräte und ungemütliche Zellen.
Auch strenge Bestrafung, Demütigung und Hinrichtung gefällt mir. Weniger gefällt mir da Sex und Nacktheit, besser Gefängniskittel oder mittelalterliche Kleidung. Als Bestrafungssituation schlage ich schwere Eisenfesseln am gesamten Körper vor, und mit Eisen an die Liege oder Wand geschlossen. Das wäre auch ein gutes Video.

I will like very much to see picture from  "Devil's Island Penitentiary" – but I think the best picture for me are close to a real situation. The best I like is well dressed female, in prison, stocks/pillory, chains also heavy chains.

ich wollte dir nur ein kurzes Feedback geben, dass die aktuellen Pix of the Week exakt meinen Geschmack treffen.
Die Fesseln sind zwar mittelalterlich, wirken aber durch ihr perfektes Anliegen irgendwie sehr modern und ganz und gar nicht alt und unzuverlässig. Ich finde auch, dass diese Prise Erotik dem ganzen sehr gut tut, schließlich macht die Faszination von Handschellen doch der Kontrast zu einem weichen, schönen Körper aus, oder?

Heavy  chains. Middle-aged-dungeons. Perhaps you could draw a series of the same
prison with the same inmates in different situations (cells, walking through prison, on their way to prison... with other inmates) . And what about female guards? Not too cruel, please no torture. Just chains, handcuffs and women behind bars and some inmates cuffed together. I prefer your pictures with the women just wearing long trousers and nothing else.

My preferences are medieval surroundings but with girls from today : the poor tourist girl being unlawfully arrested in some oriental or african country , heavily chained and shackled and awaiting her fate in some dirty prison cell .

I send you a picture I recently found on the net. It´s a closeup of a woman's ankles in leg irons.  Such leg irons are quite similar to the classic Hiatt Darby, but they look more sturdy and seem to produce a closer fit to the ankle.

I would also be glad if I could see more pictures of women in Clejuso or Hiatt Darby leg irons in your site. Such pictures are difficult to find.

I thought I'd bring to your (and the group's) attention a new bicycle-lock product that has gotten some amusing press around here.

I've seen them in stores for $60-$70.  The "street cuffs" are adjustable, the bigger SS ones are one-size.
